Once we found you as the caterer for my daughter and future son-in-law’s wedding (June 4, 2016), you made things much easier. You answered all of our questions regarding the food, the preparation and the staff. We were 3 states away. Besides the venue being pretty amazing, the food that was prepared and served to our guests was also amazing. The champagne chicken melted in your mouth, the vegetables were crisp and tasty as were the roasted sweet potatoes. We had many guests compliment on how good the food was. You and your staff were so kind, helpful and made sure there was more than enough food for everyone. I want to thank you and your staff.
